I love the outdoors. This picture was taken at Auke Bay, near Juneau, Alaska. 

Born in Arizona; between the ages of 6 to 17, I lived in 27 different houses, across 5 states, AZ, CA, OR, WA, Ak, and attended 12 different schools.

I droped out of high school my junior year. At 22 I earned my GED, and at 33 I attended college for three years. I majored in History/Political Science with plans to go on to Law school. Because of family circumstances I did not finish college. I did not let it get me down, I have been self educating ever since. Life is good.

I found that I love to write and I had a lot to write about. I worked in a bakery, did landscaping, was a logger, fell timber, built houses, drove long haul truck and logging trucks, got into law enforcement in Alaska and California, was a Chief of Police, co-owned and managed a security company with about 65 employees, worked for the State of Alaska as a Juvenile Justice Officer and retired. Good or bad I would not trade any of my experinces of life. I say retired, but I seem just as busy as before. Life is Good. I helped raise five children, and I am proud of all. Oh yeah, I have been married to three supportive and wonderful women. I found my soulmate in Michelle, the love of my life, and my best friend of world, going on twelve years now. What a blessing.
